This is a series of captivating promotional materials created for the Student Union at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
The assortment of events hosted by the Student Union, such as the delightful Breakfast Wangler and the environmentally conscious Earth Day celebration, offer a diverse range of opportunities for students to unwind, socialize, and connect with their peers and faculty during their well-deserved breaks from classes.
To ensure maximum attendance and generate enthusiasm among students and staff, the design approach focused on crafting visually striking flyers and compelling social media posts. By employing captivating imagery and employing persuasive copy, I sought to capture the viewer's attention and encourage them to actively participate in these exciting events. Furthermore, the designs aimed to elicit word-of-mouth promotion and facilitate online sharing to extend the reach of the Union's initiatives.
I infused these promotional materials with vivacious colors, dynamic typefaces, and prominent text elements, all carefully chosen to effectively captivate the viewer's gaze. By employing such elements, I ensured that the event names stood out prominently, creating a sense of anticipation and excitement. Additionally, I incorporated appropriate textures that aligned with each event's theme, adding further depth and emphasizing the unique character of each occasion.
These designs showcases my meticulous attention to detail and my commitment to creating visually engaging materials for the Student Union. The combination of vibrant colors, dynamic typefaces, and textured elements effectively communicates the Union's enthusiasm and brings these events to life, enticing viewers to participate and contribute to a thriving campus community.
